FYI - Boston's 1st two albums among the highest all time records sold. Boston's "wall of guitar" production was supposedly an influence on Nirvana - (remember "Teen Spirit" riff is similar to "More than a feeling").
When I die and hopefully go to heaven, 3 people I want to see… my son, dad and Brad Delp. I saw Boston in 1978 and 2001, always have been my favourite band. Thanks for sharing your thoughts
They are not underrated at all. Plenty of other great bands that sold 0.01% of what Boston ever did - THERE you can talk about underrated and under valued, not Boston, whose first two albums are generally very highly regarded and rightfully so (number one especially, of course). We agree on your final statement, though. 🙂
