I actually corrected my over pronation and super nation with this shoe 6-7 years ago and started wearing it’s brother Books Adrenaline because of better Color and Designs options. Good to see you with another great video, it’s definitely up there with Brooks Adrenaline GTS, both are my favourites! Thanks & God Bless!! Ali
I went to the Wave Inspire 19, partly because of the 12 mm drop. I’d tried other shoes with 8 and 6 mm drops, and the pressure on my calves caused injury…it appears I need the higher drop for my running style, and the WI is the only one I can find. Having said that, I love how the 19 feels, from a stability and cushioning perspective. If the 20 is similar, I’ll definitely update ( once I wear through the 2 unused pairs of 19s I have in reserve)
Thank you for mentioning the wave rider which has been my favorite shoe over the years, but the last two versions I haven't liked. I think I may try the inspire 20 because of the fit and cushioning you mentioned.
This is like the little sibling to the Horizon. It's lighter, more nimble and less cushioned. It is still nice and stable and like the Horizon, it's got fantastic step-in comfort. It's just classified as a mid-cushion stability model and the Horizon is a max cushion stable option. I will say, I had to size up in my Horizon while I did not in the Inspire. I feel like it fits me a little longer and wider than the Horizon.
Hello! Could you do a video on the best shoes for forefoot runners? Especially for people who don't want rocker geometry and want to know if there are good alternatives to an Altra. ❤️
Of those three shoes, the Glycerin GTS is the most cushioned. So depending on the type of cushion or miles you are doing, that is something to take into consideration. If cushion is not steering your decision and you just want a nice, stable shoe for everyday running and walking, I would lean on the Hoka Arahi 7. It's personally my favorite Hoka shoe for all day activities. It's stable, light and I like the new colors. All three are great options but personally I prefer the Hoka.

Another great review 🎉... I got the Wave inspire 18 after you reviewed it... Maybe I try the 20 soon👍🙋🏻♂️
Thanks for watching! If you liked the 18 we think you will love this new version!

The fit on this newer version has certainly been improved, a fantastic option to try with the cushion and support!
I love the wave horizon how does this compare to that
I’d like to know this too!

That's a good video idea! I will add it to our list, thanks for the suggestion!
Your welcome! 😁 Thank you for responding! 1000 hearts. 🥰
How flexible is the shoe? The wave ryder was too flexible for me that it hurt my feet and activated my PF.
The Mizuno Inspire is less flexible than the Rider. It would be a better choice for PF than the Rider for sure.
I tried them on in the store today, but I didn't like them, because I didn't have a good feeling trying to walk in them.
Is there a forefoot rocker in this shoe?
So what about the Gaviota 5
Are they better than the brooks glycine gts 21 as in ordering some shoes this weekend or hoka 7 which one out of all of those plz

@@denisegarrigan8625 thanks! You never know how they will fit in a stability shoe.
