Builder of Apache Powerboats by Mark McManus.
U.S. Powerboat Legend, World Championship Titles, Builder of Apache Boats, Key West Championship
Legendary boat builder Mark McManus creates One of a Kind, 100% Kevlar and Carbon powerboats. Designed and finished for the discriminating buyer.

    1-239-454-1114
Mark has personally played a significant role in writing powerboat history. He is a respected visionary in the design and manufacturing of high-performance offshore boats ranging from 20 to 65 feet in length.
Throughout his career he has manufactured in excess of 600 offshore boats. He has been widely recognized by boating industry leaders for his masterful design innovations.
McManus, along with DuPont and the United States Military, assembled and directed the first team to design and weave a pattern of Kevlar and carbon fiber laminate, a design that has not been duplicated today. This system has been successfully integrated in all of his hull designs to enhance the safety and durability of high-performance boats.
Padded dashes with anodized, polished, laser engraved aluminum, centerline steering, staggered engines and theme boats with innovative graphics are all features that McManus developed and introduced into the boat industry. Today, these upgraded features can be found throughout the high-performance boating industry in both recreational and commercial applications.
Mark is also the first manufacturer to offer complete refitting and restoration services for existing powerboat models.
His success has allowed him the opportunity to partner with a professional client list which includes:
    U.S. Customs, George H.W. Bush,
    Royal Oman Police,
    Israeli Special Forces,
    King Hussein bin Talal (Jordan),
King Juan Carlos I of Spain,
    Asif Rangoonwala,
    Fred Kiekhaefer, Mercury Marine,
Al Copeland, Founder Popeyes Chicken & Biscuits,
Roger Penske, owner Penske Racing and
Mario Andretti, Formula One, Indy Car, World Sportscar & NASCAR Champion.

You really did an incredible job in the design of this boat; your methodical approach really paid off! This is an absolutely gorgeous boat. The detail is exquisite. Apache is one of, what I call, the Fab5's; Apache, Bertram, Cigarette, Donzi & Magnum. All legendary back in the day, still having an impeccable reputation. Apache stayed the course; still making incredible machines today. I don't know of a boat that can walk by this in 10' + seas. Lean mean ass kicking ocean machine. Enjoy 😎 !

He has the finances to make it like HE wanted it to be.
I am more laid back in the "appearance-department", and would have let the way it runs/performance do the talking, and also have a bathroom and a desent bed for weekend trips.
I wonder how the perfomance could be with two Scania V8 diesels, two-speed (or three) gearboxes and Arneson surface-drives?...........
Would have tried to extend the range by "a lot", and have Scotland/England within comfortable reach.
