What was your favorite transition from today's class? Let me know here! 😄❤️ 1: Hip Hang to Seated, with Revolved Flourish 2: Chicken Roll into Open Hammock 3: Flip Entry to Hip Hang 4: Transitioning Above and Below the Booty (with flip) 5: Seated to Hip Hang, with Fish Hook
Wow I love them all. I especially like when you combine them like I was thinking if you do number three into number one to open up a performance and you can also do the chicken roll in and out of the hammock. So that’s number two then for number three it’s kind of cool if you just do some flips consecutively depending on the music really love it really love this you explain everything so well I wish I had seen this before a performance that I did. But there’s always more performances :-)
@@aerialyogalife you are a wonderful teacher and I love the way you explain , your channel is exactly what I was looking for a big Thank You ❤️ Also one question , how high is your ceiling ? Do you need a very high ceiling to use this kind of stand to hang the hammock ?
Ive had my hammock 3 years. Im so un co i cant watch tutorials amd cant process movements when the persons opposite me. Having side in tutorials is key for me. Im so excited ive just learned 5 new moves. Im hooked and wanted to let you know how much i appreciate your tutorials. Jo from nz
Hola! Excelente excelente!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Watching you I thought, yeah, I can do all that!!!! But in reality I’m really struggling to do any of these poses. I’m a total beginner so I think I need to strengthen up my arms and core before even attempting. 5 years of yoga clearly has no bearings on Ariel work! 😅😂❤but thanks 🙏🏽
My arms aren't strong enough to hold me through the transitions. Do you have any videos on how to strengthen myself and have the hammock not hurt my legs, hip or back?
Lovely video! Do you have any videos for transitioning from being on the ground under the hammock and flipping in to a hip hang? I’m working on that right now and looking for a little more guidance… thanks in advance!!
Great question!!! Thank you for your comment Soph! I don't atm, but I'll make sure to note this down for a future tutorial video! It would be almost the same thing as the 3rd entry, but just starting from the ground and focusing on one leg going through at a time: ruclips.net/video/IBz0Dc0uxLI/видео.html
Hi Apryl! Thank you for your feedback! This is the only/first video I've shared on transitions! I'll make a note that you loved it and would like to see more for a future video!
Ah, I see. It’s because my stand has poles in the way of the twist so I was compensating and going the wrong direction. Darn, can’t do this transition with a narrow frame :/

@@aerialyogalife I’m trying to figure out if there is a nice transition from seated to standing.
Where did you get your equipment? 😊
Wow so great. May I know where to buy the 4 pole pillar for hammock. Thanks alots
Hi there! Yes! The one I'm using is from Yoga Body :)
Where to buy this portable hamac? :p
❤️
Where did you get the gold stand for the hammock I want one
I got my stand from Yoga Body and spray painted it gold myself 😊
where did you get this hammock friend?
I'm new here how tall is the stand
Omg that first one Lmao what am I doing to continuously end up on the floor
Ah, I see. It’s because my stand has poles in the way of the twist so I was compensating and going the wrong direction. Darn, can’t do this transition with a narrow frame :/
All of them, I just find flipping hard because my hands slide on the fabric
i keep hitting my head all the time because i have such small room D:
@@aerialyogalife my desk is so close to my hammock that i keep hitting my head on that 😅

You go to fast!
You can slow down the playback speed. I hope that helps.
How do you prevent your hands from slipping in Transition #4?
