Freedom of speech! This is crap. I should have the right to support any candidate or cause by putting a sign in the yard. If the property gets damaged by some vandals, that's why the landlord has insurance.
My father's rental sustained $15,000 in damages because the tenant flew a TRUMP flag off his front porch. While the tenant was at work, someone spray painted "WS" all over the house, garage, and the car in the back driveway. We filed a police report, but the police didn't seem to be interested in investigating the matter too much. GREAT ADVICE! Don't allow none of it!

Absolutely! zero tolerance... Nothing but shades or drapes should be flown in the window.

Just FYI... that is NOT the reason a property owner carries insurance. This may be the stupidest comment someone has ever posted!

Not as much but yes. I do know a few that has had issues. That's why I just say no to it all.
