because I want if someone doesn't have proper requirement operating low level operating system up to 32-bit then that too able to coding. The rest is up to you, which one do you find easier to coding in? my motive is to explain coding in effective and efficient manner
Old editior is very useful for students who is begginer more then new editor because editior use console so that students can understand console concept and old editior also not use emmer functionality so that student read all syntax himself which is good for starting.

I mean the first time I learnt coding way back in 2003 I used use Turbo C, Reason why I hated it was, our teacher never configured the Include Files Properly.( She copied turbo c from another hard drive of a computer, on which it was installed using Turbo C setup which configured include file properly for that computer, but the minute she copied turbo c to another hard drive from C drive to D drive of another computer, the ide had c drive as defaults path to include files. Which resulted in compiler error s)
