It was an honor to be in the same room as this man! At the whiskey seeing a David Bowie tribute band. He blessed the stage and my mouth dropped. It took me a minute to see who it was. I had been all over the Doors prior to going to the Whiskey. Visiting from Michigan. This TOTALLY was the highlight in my visit to LA!
I get kind of emotional seeing the past of how the doors made their wonderful songs knowing that the only 2 left Robbie and John are getting older and leaving behind great music great memories how wonderful if all 4 were still around ...the best classic rock band in classic music history thanks so much for your wonderful songs !!!bless you all❤❤❤😊😊
Krieger & Densmore are the two last standing members. Kudus. I remember at 9 or 10 years young, listening to Light My Fire on the radio. I'm 69, soon to be 70. I still love this track, the long versions. Thanks.😂🎉❤
Robbie's unique style was absolutely essential to the amazing song The End, one of the most important songs in the entire decade of the sixties. And the Doors were certainly one of the most important bands in that historic decade.
I saw the Doors play up in Madison in 1968. It was one of the wierdest concerts I've ever seen. Jim's behaviour could easily be described as narcissistic, although that concept was generally unknown at that time in history.
It would have been cool if Jemorrison really did say higher the way Val Kilmer said it in the Oliver stone movie. Then again, it might have been funnier still if he went along and changed the lyric to better. Because if they did that, then they would have had to sing light my kegger so it could rhyme with better.
I would state that he is actually one of the few people which kinda look better with the grey hair. HA! The clever SCIENTIST persona. Wishing you have MANY years left. God Bless.

Certainly has aged well!

I was the only person I've ever known to actually buy a copy of The Soft Parade.
Oh I bought it as @@klausrain111
Oh thanks for the enlightening thoughts 😅

Und wenn er nicht gestorben ist, lebt er heute noch....was der Fall ist.❤
I kind of think Jim mentally left the band after the commercial incident.
I wonder if musicians have an appreciation and passion for music . I wonder if it is genetic. That was a different time.
Robbie looks like he is 90 years old!
Jim grew tired of being a rock star
Some of the strange songs the group made had strong appeal to weirdoz and mentally ill🥴
He looks 3/4 dead in the begining of this video!🥴
Made good music though.👍😵😩😭
CANT STAND ORGAN MUSIC!
such crap
