  • In this instructional video, learn how to interpret the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) display on the dashboard of a Honda Ridgeline and understand the significance of the beeping sounds during the tire inflation process. This applies to some models of the second generation Honda Ridgelines (2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023)
When the tire pressure is low, the dashboard will show a "Tire Pressure Low" warning. Utilize the button on the steering wheel featuring an arrow and an "I" to navigate and view the specific pressure of each tire. Employ a tire chuck and an air compressor for the inflation process. During inflation, a series of beeps will be audible. Initially, the tire will beep every 5 seconds. Once the desired tire pressure is achieved, the vehicle will emit rapid beeping, signaling that it's time to stop inflating. If you exceed the recommended inflation time and hear a double beep, it indicates overfilling. To rectify this, invert the wheel chuck and press on the valve stem to release excess air pressure.
