Beverly Collins it’s not always that easy. Kathleen has MAJOR anxiety & trusting people is very hard. She’s been burned in the past with business & that’s most likely the reason for her not wanting to hire someone that close to her. Why is it that all of a sudden RUclipsrs are no longer people, who can’t catch up on their shit within the amount of time YOU see fit. She works very hard, let her be.
&&& it isn’t even about being cheap!!! Maybe she doesn’t need someone all up in her business that she has to pay weekly. Like back off bruh
Megan Harrison if you owned a business you wouldn’t let your personal problems like anxiety etc come in the way of handling that store restaraunt whatever it is. She’s just being cheap. You need leverage. If she’s overworked she needs to delegate it’s that simple, find a way to make it work

Hey, I’m gonna be honest and throw this out there. I feel like one of the reasons you don’t feel like you keep up with your video schedule is because you put so much pressure on yourself to preform. You kept apologizing in this video like it wasn’t good enough for your own personal standards. When the reality is there is NOTHING wrong with this video. You are human with a dynamic personality. Why can’t your videos reflect that? Some videos are gonna represent the more detailed side of you, some are gonna be the more funny side of you and some are going to represent the more chill side of you. Who says that wrong? I think you put a performance pressure on yourself and if you were to let that go and breathe you might enjoy making videos more because you are suffocating yourself anymore.
We love you. Whatever content you bring out is gonna be good enough because you are good enough! Just let go and breathe, you are doing big things and we are proud of you!

For anyone with dry skin, I have searched EVERYWHERE for a moisturizer that will give me hydration without breaking me out since I have very acne prone skin and nothing worked until I discovered the ordinary. I got the squalane moisturizer and not only does it moisturize but it helped improve my skins moisture barrier over time so my skin isn't that dry anymore! Plus it's only around $7 and it's lasted me months! I started watching Kathleen because she was one of the only beauty influencers on RUclips that had dry skin so I wanted to share with all of you that watch her for the same reason. ❤️

I just purchased the Marc Jacobs powder compact in the lightest shade and I’m returning it today because it accentuates pores on my face that I never knew I had before. For 52 dollars it should make you look perfect and I never have issues with pores. I think I’ll exchange it for this one because it looks amazing!

Girl OMG I was looking for a compact foundation but many of the BB and CC ones are legit too light and not a comfortable formula for me and this is so perfect not what I was expecting to find when I saw the title of your video but as soon as I saw the sponge I was like omg perfect! do not apologise there is nothing wrong with simple this is so perfect I loved watching it! and please get yourself an assistant it seems like it will only get busier for you so you really do seem like you need the help!

Tbh reaching out for help & admitting to others that I'm struggling has been my biggest area of development in the past 2 years as a 27 year old full time professional, part time grad student, homeowner, dog mom, girlfriend, etc. To me letting others notice I'm screwing up or admitting the way I'm going about something unsustainably feels humiliating and like I'm a failure. But I've been working on it and I promise the truth shall set you free. Its hard in the moment but the more honest I am, the lighter I feel and the more capable I become.
I just wanted to let you know that I thoroughly enjoy your videos, but I'm not one of those people who instantly click when you upload a video (just trying to basically say that I'm not biased ;-) )
You have the best personality out there on RUclips - you're never truly negative, you're always joking around and upbeat. I loved your share from IG - but don't see how it applies to you in any way, lol. You're positive, mature and good natured.

Kathleen, while it important to always be growing and changing and working on yourself, it is also important to take care of yourself. Not being able to always post on schedule is NOT a toxic part of yourself that you need to change. It happens. It’s life. Yes RUclips is your job but you also have several other projects and things that are part of your job. Sometimes in jobs you have to prioritize and some things get pushed to the back burner longer than you’d like to but it just happens. And also in jobs, you need a break!! That’s why most jobs provide some form of PTO. Girl give yourself some PTO once in awhile and try to relieve that pressure you’ve put on yourself to always be perfect on RUclips. And one other thing, of course this is just the way you are because EVERYONE needs a break once in awhile. Literally everyone. Girl you got this. Maybe something that would help is scheduling your time off from RUclips. Schedule a week off here and there and let your subscribers know when it’s happening. That way, you relieve some of that pressure you feel and you still get that well deserved break ❤️

Kathleen, you are one of the few bigger channels that I feel still genuinely cares about her subscribers. There’s so many RUclipsrs out there that don’t bother to upload for weeks. I Just want to remind you not to be so apologetic to everyone for not being able to upload 3x a week.
