Hey fren... As a self taught guitarist I hve so many things to learn from others like u. Straight to my points fren. I've memorise/learned all the fret board using circle of 4th n i want to play lead. so,what according to u is the next step for me to learn? So that i can find the way to play lead. Eg.. Like learning lead scale, arpeggios etc... Please help me... Am trying my best giving my full efforts bt its very hard for me + my old rough guitar with deep chords very irritating sometimes. 😢 thank u Sir.

Hello, thanks for the questions here. To play lead you need to learn scales until you can play them automatically without thinking. This will further your freedom to be able to improvise on the guitar. You can start by learning the minor pentatonic scale. That's a very useful scale to learn.
