I struggled a lot in geography. I watched almost all Channels to understand geography as 11th 12th ncerts are very tough to understand. Finally for geography I found (study with mk) channel who teach 11th geography in a very lucid manner. All your concepts will be crystal clear.

I have a doubt regarding concave and convex sides in a meandering river. The same book i have depicts the slip-off bank or the active deposition side as convex bank and the undercut bank or the erosional side as the concave one.

Legislative council
Central legislative council
Provincial legislative council
Princely states
My question - Is central and provincial legislative is a part of legislative council?

After Independence Legislative Council is known as Rajya Sabha and Legislative Assembly is known as Lok Sabha.
There are 2 law making bodies in India. One is at centre level known as Parliament(Lok sabha+Rajya Sabha) and other at State level(state legislature - state Legislative Assembly/state Legislative Council)
Some states have unicameral system that is State Legislature consist of governor and state Legislative assembly ( SL=G+SLA)
Some states have bicameral system that is State Legislature consist of Governor, sate Legislative council and state Legislative Assembly (SL=G+SLC+SLA)
State Legislative council is known Vidhan Parishad and State Legislative Assembly is known as Vidhan Sabha.
So the Answer to your question - Is central and provincial legislature part of Legislative council is NO.

In 1765 - britishers got diwani rights over bengal, bihar and madras
And in 1773 - they have 3 provinces
Bengal, madras and bombay.
Then what about bihar and orrissa?
Don't they have any governor general and executive council?
I am reading indian polity. I have not started reading specturm.
I am confused. If you know then please answer.

@@chetnasharma6699 I didn't understand your question. In 1765 East India Company obtained Diwani rights of Bengal, Bihar and Orissa.
Don't study in too much detail. Read the type of UPSC questions that are asked from the back of Laxmi kanth. You will understand how questions are asked. No need to go in depth of every chapter. Part 1 of Laxmi kanth is important. For chapter 1 learn the features of all company rule and crown rule bcoz question is asked from them. Like they can ask which act created mini parliament and allowed CSE to all including Indians. Answer is - Charter Act 1853.
