Ignite can be really good for fighting early game and 1v1 but you will not be that useful into later stages of the game. Running ghost is the safest because even if you fall behind in game you can still be useful to your team in some way but running conqueror/aery + ignite is the riskiest way you can play Singed because small mistakes will lead to a big difference in gold on top and no chance to 1v1 therefore runes/summoner spells would be kind of useless. So to summarize only play conq+ignite when 100% certain you can win matchups, play phase rush+ghost when trying to scale.
This is interesting. As a long-time player I onky played Singed in passive to learn how to bet him. The only issues I see are early, because as a jungle, if I see you up, there is GG. That would make it hard levels 1-5 when most jungles are finishing a clear top at 3 minutes or in river top side. So I have no idea what you timing is like when proxy farming.
Actually as a Singed main, i would recommend not proxy at lv1 at high elo. Once u dies their top laner will hard snowball on u. Instead of that, go to the tri-bush and try to catch the first wave asap, get at least the wave then proxy or at least try to get the most out of the first wave be4 proxy

depend on the game , if u vs Range champ like gnar or vayne or jayce or u r against tank champ and he have CC ، the better is boots and take green potion and back to lane try to push harder then go proxy , any ways boots its the better thing to buy after clear 3 waves proxy , and even u can back to lane faster before he hit your turret

So for example if you are running predator it is a good idea to get boots on first back, if running conq you should get crystal, if aery you should get book, if phase rush you can get either one depends on what you think will be most optimal.
I have a question, recently i played into a garen with phase rush and ignite and he was waiting for me in the bush between the tier 1 and 2 towers (i was blue side). In scenarios were i could maybe predict that the enemy is waiting for me to go proxy, should i just start proxy between tier 2 and 3 instead?
If you have the time to catch the wave between tier 2 and tier 3 you should proxy there. Your timing becomes better than the enemy even if you die there before level 7 its not a huge issue, but overall if you can predict your enemies you should always be 1 step ahead. Don't be afraid to get crazy with Singed.

We need the original singed passive back. I feel like at the time the nerf made sense. But in today’s LoL his old passive would help a lot in surviving the kits modern Champs are packing. Singed nowadays can only succeed at the absolute lowest skill tier or the absolute highest imo. Edit: the passive is the only thing I’d change. He’s one of the few older champs that has a cool and unique playstyle. But the nerf to singed passive has crippled him in today’s meta. Go look at the patch notes for the game when singed passive got changed and look at the meta back then. I will concede that it felt like it needed to happen in that time. But singed feels so useless in 80% of the matchups I come into at my elo. I am an older player though and remember how he used to play and honestly at the time he was broken. But now I think his old passive would make him an actually competitive pick.
Hello, against a matchup like Darius it would be best to play with phase rush since Darius is a champion with no mobility, so it is really easy to proc phase rush and just run behind his tower and proxy the waves without any risk of a bad fight against him just because it is really easy to escape against him.

Darius is not a threat to singed if u play the lane correctly, always skip the first wave then proxy and rush swifties then rylai, never be greedy the lane after that will be much more easier. The champs u should be thinking is jayce, smolder, gnar,....
its because he wants the next wave to shove. the third wave is always cannon. leaving the enemy cannon alive means that the next enemy wave pushes to you because your wave doesn't have a cannon. by the time you arrive in lane, you'll still get the cannon because it pushes to your tower. its lane manipulation that he's doing its why he leaves it alive, get it now?

I think it is much better to go with Adaptive Force or Scaling health, feel like 2% MS won't make that much of a difference.
