FIESTA AMERICANA CANCUN VILLAS - JUNIOR SUITE / BEACH AREA

Tour of the Junior Suite and beach area of the Fiesta Americana Cancun Villas. Late January, it was very quiet and the hotel pool and the beach were cold, the weather was in the mid 70s. The hotel was clean, the grounds kept up very nicely, and the beach was spotless. The beach area is a little rocky, but there is an are on the north side of the beach area that is all sand. Very quiet place to get away and the rates are good.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon staying at this hotel in January/1997, at suit 121.
He was very different from what he is today!

Hola. En realidad no comimos en el hotel. Nos gusta salir a comer afuera...mejores precios. Pero el restaurante se mira de buena calidad.

Is there a private beach near by you can pay access to like a beach club in the surrounding areas?

Not sure, for the most part Mexican beaches are government owned so they are not really private... anyone has access, although hotels will make you think it's theirs.

This specific property is not all-inclusive. They have other properties in Cancun that are all-inclusive.
