I start to have headaches , when I study subjects that I am very weak at and have no clue about particularly ,Core Mathematics and Economics.
What is best remedy
So what would this scenario be. I was in gifted classes as a kid. Scored very high on WISC. Then I got smacked up in a car wreck t-boned by an elderly lady. From that point on I’m pretty dense. Brain fog attention span problems. Before I excelled in studies now it hurts to think. I’m to old for it to matter now anyway it’s been 40 years, but I always wondered where my mind went? Concussion?
thus my problem right now but dont know what to do even gone to the hospital and thy they taken some blood samples and could not find any thing wrong with me. i really need help.

But when I left study for 10 to 15 days. It cure. So guide me please what I do.

When I read I get head ache/heating up in middle of forehead so it hard for me to read continuous and after that I can't sleep

I had this problem. I think it's because you focus too much on reading as fast/much as you can (even unconsciously) that makes your eyes tired The solution for me was to focus more on what I'm reading than reading it too fast. Ignore the pain and focus on your studying and by time of practicing I hope you will naturally get rid of this problem.
I didn't meet anyone in person who would have this problem but it helped for me. After maybe one month I was reading normally.
