Tammy didn't ruin her chances. She just needs to make some changes. She needs to eat better, more protein. I went through the same thing and the only thing I could eat with protein was Pure Protein bars. She needs to stop vaping too. I smoked when I had skin removal and I was fortunate that I had no issues. Tammy just needs to make changes. She has to lose more weight before skin removal anyway. I had to be at my goal weight, 135lbs, before I had skin removal. What they removed was just skin, I didn't have any fat removed with it. Smoking or vaping can interfere with her healing. She has quite a bit, so it would be best for her.

Tammy has done an amazing job. I reckon she will get it all sorted and be able to start the skin surgery . She has actually grown quite a lot, she is happier , nicer , less moody . Don't forget the consequences of her weight right from childhood has meant she missed out on a lot of experiences that help us develop , mature and grow as people. Imagine how tired she felt whilst trying to learn at school and maybe a parent not so educated themselves and not putting time into that. Also she didn't have the luck of mum , dad a pony n a shiny life at home. She is allowed to feel upset re the surgery ..... everyone gets upset sometimes .
You can't help somebody who always wants to whine and be a victim. If she wants it bad enough, she will get over her grumbling and do what needs to be done per the doctors that SHE wants to help her. This family....Lord!

Honestly, I just feel like Tammy needs to learn how to handle her emotions better when situations awry and be a bit more levelheaded and I feel like she definitely should speak to someone about the grief of her husband because let’s face it losing. Someone is hard and sometimes we think we’re over it or we’re dealing with it well and we’re not and it lashes out in the wrong way, but I also feel like sometimes she’s portrayed wrong when there’s some things that I can see that her family does to trigger her, but she feeds into it with anger
Honestly I feel like Tammy would look really pretty if she took the time to do her hair and makeup and maybe even change her hairstyle so her hair looks and fills fuller like her sisters hair she just needs the right hairdresser and some good sew in wigs cause look at Amanda she takes her of how she looks and she is pretty Amy is pretty right here with her looking cleaned and brushed lol …I hope Tammy can find love and the right person. But she needs to make sure she is done the mourning process of her ex Tammy is rough around the edges but she is honestly sweet. And some of her tantrums have been her dealing with grief and when provoked and also some times it’s because she doesn’t know how to handle her anger in a healthy way it shows in their family with Amy and Amanda
Tammy's hair is probably very thin rn. I lost so much hair when I wasn't getting enough protein after gastric bypass. It was crazy how fast and how much my hair thinned out. I've also seen people get bald spots from not enough protein. So idk if she has much options with her hair but once she starts eating more protein, it will grow back.
