I'm not sure if they updated the Ka's damage model, but I've noticed that I've been surviving a lot more, but losing the tail.

fun fact flying wihtout a tail on KA-50 is actually realistic
lucky guy, I only have anti-aircraft guns in my battles.
Most of the time I get wrecked by AA 5km from the battlefield, but yes, this time I was very lucky.

@@jujubfh27 I'm not really much of a top tier player, I tend to stuck with WW2 stuff, but I wanted to give it a shot, so I picked up the TURMS and that's where it all started
Might be time to pick this up. Thanks for recent gameplay of this machine. I have the T-80UM2 to go along with it as well.
The UM2 and the KA both add quite a bit to your line up, and can kind of take it to the next level, in my opinion.
Personally, I would wait for a sale to buy any premium vehicle in WT. Unfortunately the 50% off sale just passed, but I'm sure there will be another sale of some sort in the next few months. So, I would pick the heli up later.
@@everythingeff6623 I was able to grab the 50% off on Steam. Extra tax is tacked on unfortunately. I wasn't able to get it on Gajin store sadly. The Black Friday pack this year was also disappointing compared to before, IMO.
Would you mind making a vid sharing your heli controls?
I mean I could, but they're just the default ones.
- Regular WASD movements
- F to lock targets
- Shift and Control for throttle
- Space to launch rockets
- LMB shoots RMB to zoom in
- Numpad 9 is flares
- H to hover (which I never really use)
I can't really think of anything else off the top of my head

bro i dont know how to zoom in on the heli cam. when you firing missiles. right click doesnt seem to work
That's what I use. Check you helicopter weapon settings, that would be my best guess. Some heli also don't really have zoom, so that might also be it.

dónde y cómo consigo puntos de reaparición para poder jugar así? apenas puedo usar un tanque, no puedo usar mi K-50, ni los aviones
Llevo jugando casi 8 años, así que supongo que sólo lleva tiempo. Si eres nuevo, te recomiendo jugar niveles inferiores para aprender el juego antes de pasar a niveles superiores/superiores.

@@danko3309 De todos ellos, probablemente tengas más posibilidades de obtener buenos resultados con el árbol de la URSS. Me gusta mi alineación japonesa 2.7 y no juego en el árbol tecnológico israelí. No sé si tengo algún consejo real para ti; sólo se necesita tiempo para adquirir un poco más de experiencia.
@@everythingeff6623 gracias por los consejos bro, japón lo subí por los zeros y el A7M1 es una joya; pero cometí el error de comprar el F104J creo el lápiz volador, vi que tenía 2k de velocidad pero apenas llega a 1k igual que los demás aviones que dicen tener 1k me sentí estafado

You have to use the ballistic computer, for me the key bind if F

But I think I figured it out. Ka 50 can't lock on target when is night
@@frankokrstic5385 Oh, well I don't know about night battles, I don't play those. To be honest, I probably back out of more matches than I play. I don't really like at least half of the maps in the game, so I don't play them

I don't have much experience with any other helis at this BR, but from what I've seen I'd have to agree with you on this one
How the hell flying without tail that make no sense
The contra-rotating propellers make it so the helicopter can fly without one
@@everythingeff6623 irl this helicopter can do this, but only in emergency situations and with part of the tail missing. But in War thunder Kamov has actually better flight characteristics with the whole tail missing which is just bullshit. War thunder is realistic only when it suits their narrative of mighty strong russian army. Its quite sad how nerfed western tanks are and how comically strong some of the russian vehicles are. But I guess they would end up in Gulag if they didnt suck russian dicks so its difficult for them.
I remember when the KA50 came out there was already this bugg, that you could fly fine with only a Half Heli thats so dumb gaijin
I think there is some realism to it, but Gaijoob pushed it a bit past reality.
