I’m so glad it’s possible to make sugar cookies with the egg replacer. Sometimes it works and sometimes eh. My son is anaphylactic to eggs, nuts, shellfish.
I did make the best ever brownies in the universe. Egg free too, tofu was the egg replacement. I as amazed. Better than brownies with egg!

Yes! This egg replacer works great! I haven't been able to make great brownies yet though. I will definitely have to out tofu as a substitute!
