So Niantic only allows you to get rid of frustration during the Rocket events. Those events only happen 1 week every 3 months (pretty dumb, I know). So be aware of when the events happen and save your money so you can remove frustration
Do debuffs stay after the Pokémon that threw the debuff dies/is swapped? I just started playing again a couple months ago and the debuffs confuse me a bit
