Why didn't the university have this when I was there? I mean, I was 45 back then, but I would have snuck into this lecture, for sure.

Read the speech of Socrates in his illustration and expression of the Priestess, Mystical Philosopher DIOTIMA in the greatest book ever written and the greatest book ever known to mankind: The Symposium of Plato.... This will change your whole view of the Metaphysics of love and its TRUE role for man in Life Itself.

Someone with an agenda, having lived with shifting socially sanctiond agendas over time, and thus never independently loving wisdom, if anything else or anyone, really, for certain, perhaps never loves wisdom enough to teach others about love, which if conceptualized or imagined being open platonically, is ultimately agenda free.

Well, for anyone, lecturing "Eros" in classical Greece meant sex and the sex drive is love, is indicative of plain ignorance on the reality of "Eros" that is of divine love, which is cosmic pursuit and thereof man's innate life purpose too.

+gourglisou sopa Yes, I noticed that right off the bat. Sad that what could be such a wonderful topic gets off on the wrong foot. I like to say that Eros Love is an overarching, powerful, and even magical love...it encompasses all forms of love and the love of life itself....and when one experiences it consciously in the form of the Holy Spirit (one interpretation), one is blessed with amazing spiritual gifts...sad that the misconceptions continue to be promoted. I'm working on changing that!
