Return conveyor is essential. Do you have an extra team member to spare that can stand at the end of the edgebander to catch large pantry parts? Espically with bigger peices it pays for itself to have the parts returned to the operator

Why the use of the cones ?
Quick visual of which piles of wood are grouped together. Especially helpful when multiple jobs are the same colour
Those are a small pieces what about pieces 2 metres long does a return track has meaning in that case
