@@gmamose9152 She didn't get away with it. She did her time. That part is over. There were no incidents of her being an abusive dangerous mother prior to the fake kidnapping. The judge will not take the children's mother from them. The judge will likely appoint a Guardian ad litem (G.A.L.) to investigate and report what is best for the family. This girl seems to have emotional issues and the GAL report will address that and report to the judge.

Why would the judge allow the husband only temporary custody???? She is mentally ill in the head for doing what she did. She is unstable. The husband should get full custody. I don’t know how she can try to get money from her ex while pleading the fifth when asked about her funds. I hope the judge takes that into consideration.
But 5th amendment pleading is only allowed in a criminal case. If this is indeed a civil case, then her request to plead the fifth should be denied.

The judge will appoint a guardian ad litem (G.A.L.) who will have her evaluated and report to the judge. That's what they do in probate court. I may be too old to respond for this particular channel. I don't have a dog in this fight. However, the comments seem one-sided and extremely judgmental. Judges don't like to take custody away from the mother. Since 2001, I have been dragged to and from probate court by a former husband who enjoys watching me suffer without regard for the well-being of our children. It's been hell.

I live an hour away from where she went missing and I posted about her missing every day. My heart broke for her little boys and her husband. She deserves nothing! She lied to everyone for years and cost the tax payers a lot of money. She needs to work off her fines and not just rely on money from her marriage to pay her debts. Keith was the only one working when she took off...
Next time a pretty little blond rich girl goes missing please remember that while everyone is looking for her there are just as many brown & black girls missing with little to no coverage. If you are not wise to this than please fact check.the only exception unfortunately was the black women who claimed she saw a child walking alone on the h/w & than disappeared. She too was lying & while I 4-got her name what she did to her community was a horrible disservice bc she actually got attention.

$500 a day is insane. Just for reference; The Four Seasons hotel in my area is around $400 a night and that's a luxurious 5 star resort... Literally the price of a 5 star hotel. $500 a day to live with a parent just seems... Odd.

It’s kind of steep, but think about it: Keith’s mom did nothing to warrant having her life thrown into chaos at this point. She raised her own kids, apparently did a good job, and was probably looking forward to just being a normal grandma, not having to fill Sherri’s shoes AND hide from the media and the psychos. If she isn’t retired, she probably had to quit her job or take a leave, or try to work from home with two little emotionally damaged kids underfoot
