I ended a 5 year relationship in January. I feel so good.. It's only March and I feel like I've done so much more for myself and my kids!! It is a very selfish year!!

Then once a month went by and I was able to do stuff by myself I had been asking for his help on. Girl I KNEW I would be ok! You will too... You really just have to get out of the mindset that because you're used to it, it should continue
So true ! I had to literally just ghost my ex , no explanation and no contact . The relationship was a toxic on and off mess . It’s been 3 months and it hasn’t been easy but it gets easier with time. Proud of my self for moving on.

This needs to be said the problem everyone has is when we don't put God 1st he goes before ourselves. Putting him 1st gives our lives structure order and peace when you do it your way we get counterfeit everything counterfeit relationships, job,living location, etc but his way everything falls into place. It’s neither good or bad it is JUST information your brain is feeding to you. It’s how you process those emotions is what matters!
