Need to use acetone to promote adhesion... no rubbing alcohol... first coat should be a dusting to help promote adhesion as well. Then multiple light to medium coats to help prevent cracking.
Simply mark off and sand then clean let dry prime three times then use 00 gauge wire wool to flat then three layers of finish then allow to dry for two weeks then buff to match … takes about a tenth of the time this guy took !!!

It's a bit intense for light panel scratches.
