    That 9.58 still looks completely alien! 👽 Not of this world. He was in such shape that year that had he said he could run 9.49 with the right conditions you'd have believed him.

      people loved to slate him for his start but given his height and the way he was able to stick with world class starters for the first 30m seems like very harsh criticism. That WR 100m he had everything.

    Comment on peut on développer ou améliorer sa speed endurance sur 200m ? Le 19.44 de Yohan Blake au Jo 2012 c'est purement de la speed endurance

    • @anthok6911
      @anthok6911 5 лет назад +1

      C'est vrai qu'il était très performant à cette période, il était sans doute le meilleur finisseur derrière bolt. Même il a tenu tête à ce dernier dans cette finale du 200m à Londres. Il n'y avait que 12 centimes d'écart entre les deux, comme quoi il représentait une menace pour Bolt. Même le jour il a réalisé 19.26 lors du meeting de Bruxelles en 2011, il rate totalement son départ et parvient à faire un dernier 100m de folie. Sans ce mauvais départ, je pense qu'il aurait battu le record du monde.

    • @anthok6911
      @anthok6911 5 лет назад

      @@yvann__7074 Je pense que les sprinteurs qui ont tendance à prendre un très bon départ sont généralement des spécialistes du 60m et 100m. Après leur départ, ils atteignent normalement leur pointe de vitesse dans les 40-60 premiers mètres ayant un meilleur relâchement musculaire et la conservent jusqu'à la fin. Sinon il y a les sprinteurs de 200m et 400m qui font une première partie de course plus prudente, qui gèrent la gestion de leurs efforts et attendent plus la dernière ligne droite pour lâcher les cheveux et faire la différence. Mais on peut évoquer d'autres cas, comme le record du monde d'Usain Bolt sur 100m. Pourtant mauvais au départ, il parvient à en faire un très bon, il est au contact de Powell et Gay, puis en deuxième partie de course, il maîtrise son point fort c'est à atteindre sa pointe de vitesse maximale dans les 40 dernières mètres avec beaucoup de relâchement au niveau de sa posture. Il relègue Gay et Powell à une bonne distance, même si les trois coureurs ont couru sous les 9.85. Cette fois pour le record du monde du 200m, qui est sa discipline de prédilection depuis les années juniors, il fait un énorme virage et bascule dans la dernière ligne droite avec 2-3 mètres d'avance avant d'en remettre une couche et finir avec 0.6 d'avance sur Edward. Mais je pense que le speed endurance est plus une question de gabarit plus que de fréquence cardiaque , Bolt faisait moins de pas que les autres vu son énorme gabarit (1,95m), il produit des foulées de 2,70m, je pense qu'il a la meilleure speed endurance, sur 200m il parvient à prendre un gros départ et faire un énorme virage puis il produit son effort du 100m jusqu'à la fin. Il était capable de gérer sa course en deux temps. Mais Blake était capable de produire de bon et réaliser de grandes fin de course sur 100m et malgré son gabarit (1.79m) il avait des capacités hors norme. Je suis peut-être perdu en écrivant ce message, j'espère que tu m'as quand même compris. Sinon tu es spécialisé sur quelles distances ?

      whilst most of these athletes no doubt are the fastest this was more a case of showing incredible comebacks using their speed. You aren't wrong for wanting to see that though as the title would suggest it may be in there. Here is a breakdown of their average speed for a few of them:
      Noah Lyles, 200m 19.50 - 36.9 km/h
      Reece prescod, 100m 9.94 - 36.2 km/h
      Christophe Lemaitre, 200m 19.80 - 36.36 km/h
      Justin Gatlin, 100m 9.74 - 36.96 km/h
      Usain Bolt, 100m 9.58 - 37.5 km/h. TOP SPEED - 44.7 km/h
      Elaine Thompson, 100m 10.70 - 33.6 km/h
      Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, 100m 10.70 - 33.6 km/h
      Not the top speed you wanted but still insightful.

      @@zatoichi3134 Yup there's no probably about it. She definitely was the only athlete- male or female that was world class in 100, 200, 400.
      The only male athlete to even consider comparison is Tyson Gay or Wayde Van Niekerk. Tyson gay has a 100 m under 9.7, a 200 m under 19.6 and a 400 m under 45. Wayde Van Niekerk is the only person to go under 10 for the 100 m, under 20 for the 200 , under 31 for the 300 m and under 44 for the 400 m.
      And the only female athletes to consider for comparison is either Marita Koch or Gwen Torrence. Koch although drugged has a miraculous 10.83 100 m, 21.71 for the 200 m and a 47.60 for the 400 m that no body has come even half a second within until Naser in the WC. Then there's Gwen Torrence who I just found has a 10.82 100 m, 21.72 200 m and a surprising 49.64 400 m.

      I know what you mean but I’ve taken a bit of creative liberty with that in the sense that I’ve tried to use clips where they are running someone down. Otherwise it would just be 400m Runner’s running down the home straight with no one around them. I’m a massive WVN fan though.
