  • Spongy Rava Dosa is a type of South Indian crepe made from semolina (rava), curd,Poha. Unlike the traditional dosa, which is thin and crisp, this variant has a soft and spongy texture, often with a lacy appearance. It is prepared by mixing the dry ingredients with curd or buttermilk to create a thick batter, which is allowed to rest briefly. Then a tsp of eno is added just before making dosa.
    Ingredients:
    1 cup semolina
    1 cup curd
    1/2 cup water
    1 tsp sugar
    1/4 cup poha
    salt to taste
    1 tsp eno
