Thank you, Andy! I was an avid radio listening since the 80s, and Radio 2 had some great shows in their 10-11pm slot. Dealing with daniels, The Law Game, On The Air, Time Cycle, and loads of others. I'm sure I heard this one back then, but I have totally forgotten it. When Frances Lyme (spelling) changed things in April 1990, it wasn't the same: I just liked that hour of panel games and comedy at 10pm on a weekday. Looking back, we were witnessing the tail end of radio entetainment, the Light Programme tradition of radio versions of what became popular TV genres like comedy, panel games, quiz games and drama. It struggled on into the 90s, but now has all but vanished.
