Starts at corner of athletics track
First part on grass and then onto riverside path on nearside bank of river wear.
Cross wooden bridge to the orher side of the river and turn right.
Then around the edge of the grass playing fields.
Back past the wooden bridge to the point where you started running around the field.
Then do a 'U' turn back onto the riverside path heading back to the wooden bridge.
Cross over the bridge and turn left.
Run back along the riverside path and then back onto the grass and head back
to the finish(Same place as the start)
Course Notes: Fairly narrow start and they ask everyone to postion themselves accordingley.
Plenty of firm paths, but also a lot of grass to run on. Today the grass was
firm as its was -2. But could be soft and muddy after rain.

That's the winter route when the paths along the river are dangerous. The normal run takes you along the river to Baths Bridge and you finish at the grand stand. Cheers for the video.
Yes, I need to go back on better weather to to do the normal course.
