Disco, I want to tell you how proud of you for your strength. Yes other people wronged you, friends hurt you, but through your parents guiding you, you overcame. Life can be most challenging for us. But as you have found out, God is always there, though he prefers the silent approach. I am older than you, I have been through many of the same things. Be mindful that God may want you for himself. God is a Jealous God. He wants only the best to be next to. That is where I say, MEEEEE???????. It goes beyond our own logic. All I know to do, it stay close to Christ. Through I mortal, human trying to do what I think is good, God makes up for my imperfections and rites my feebleness. You are a very Pretty girl. I send out a hug to you for being so strong. You are also very brave. Be true to Christ and the returns will be Awesome. I try to go to Mass more than Just Sunday. Through that, life happening have been almost surreal at times. Like you, I talk to God, daily as if he were a friend in physical form. Ask, Fuss, Talk, just like a friend. I am single , but not lonely. But would love a dear friend to hang out with. But like I said, God is a Jealous God and he wants me just for him. I will be praying for you Disco, keep your head high, and keep God center of your life and things will turn out OK. May God Bless You.
I personally don't believe in god, of any kind or religion, but I still really enjoyed this video! It personally reminded me alot of my own story, losing my childhood cheer, falling out with friends and then into a deep depression, all before rediscovering what I enjoyed so much about my youth, and trying to reconnect with it in my own unique way is exactly the process I went through too! I feel proud of myself for finding this life, rather than grateful to a god, but at the end of the day, it's all the same attitude, and while I don't believe, nor do I see that path ever working for me, I'm glad we've both found our way out of the darkness, and that we can use our faith (mine being in that of the self) to help others escape whatever bleak straights they might be in themselves!
That's really amazing! I'm glad you could find your way out of that dark tunnel and into the light and happiness. I'm so glad you enjoyed the video and thank you for sharing your story as well!
