@@nike80nl In the last 15 years there is no new RTS that is so good except StarCraft 2 and Age of Empire 4 which is old franchise,and after all that years we finaly will have some new good RTS games like Stormgate,Tempest Rising,Immortals gates of pyre,Zero Space,Dust Front,Mannor Lords,Godsworn etc...i think that (or i wish) there is new golden era of RTS games right in out doors 😀
They really need to bring it back. Franchise started to dip after Generals and Tiberium Wars. Red Alert 3 was ok but it just wasn't the same and now all we have is a crappy mobile game that tarnishes the C&C name.
I played skirmish, a map with cities and several levels and bridges. I started as a GDI, took the enemy base with engineers very quickly, but left a few enemy buildings to keep the game from ending. I surrounded the buildings with concrete walls so they wouldn't be destroyed by the neutrals or by myself. Only then did the real game begin. I built both bases minimalistically, surrounded fences, bridges and key parts of my bases, bridged with laser fences (the beams cannot be destroyed and the supporting structure of the laser fence was not in range). I then gradually produced hundreds and thousands of soldiers that I sent to die in tiberium in a controlled manner to become a neutral slime that attacks everything in range. I moved my minimalist army through APCs/carries in a map full of neutral enemies. I lasted a really long time with that. i'm thinking of doing it again later in the campaign (same sandbox) but i don't have time to play the campaign and i don't remember the missions.
42:20 wtf were those 3 shots?! I am so confused by the video! Who shot and why the bad guy didn't made sure the good guy is dead?! Makes no sense when you think about it :D...
@@momchilandonov Kane was manipulative ego maniac with messiah complex and he was literally high on his own farts (ideology) - Those kinds of people rarely think strategically because they assume that by some divine right everything shall fall into their way one way or the other - he thought he was on brink of total victory - that clouded his objective judgment - Not that he had much of it to begin with :P Plus i would bet he was doing drugs - after all vega was a drug dealer :P
This mission is quite easy, but pavement, jump-jets, hovers and apc's are crucial. Edit: Don't build buildings one near another, one missile can wipe all of them instantly.
My life has never been the same since I launched my world altering missile. 9 months later my son was born.
Hands down one of the best RTS games ever made. Tiberian Sun will always remain a favorite forever, early 2000s at it's best!!!

A very good old strategy! One of the BEST!
Whenever I would assault a base, I would always try to take over the construction yard.Build the enemy's units.It's the best mix to put both together

I am so used to playing this game in 1080p, that i totally forgot that this game runs at like 0.1 Megapotato...
Check out the warzone mod he has made some reshading and Luma sharpen improvements, looks pretty neat
