1️⃣ Energy Bra- this one has been my MVP for YEARSSS. It’s my #1 recommendation if you’re looking for a sports bra to wear for more high-intensity workouts, and comes in a high-support option for larger cup sizes!
2️⃣ Bend This Bra - a new favorite around here!! I love that it’s reversible (it’s like two bras for the price of one!) and the fabric is so smooth and soft! Great for low impact workouts.
3️⃣Like A Cloud Bra - if you hate fishing bra cups out of the laundry and stuffing them back into your bras every time you wash them, THIS IS YOUR BRA!! The bra pads are built-in and don’t crease -- I just love the smooth, sculpting support! This is my favorite for daily wear!

I just got addicted to Athleta Conscious Crop longline tops/ bras L size D to double D. They are SO comfortable. Just went to this site to find the equivalent in Lululemon which is suppose to be a better brand. I am perfectly happy with Athleta, but just curious about different colors.

You’re an absolute go-to when it comes to guidance about movement, body recomp and healthy exercise. Icant know for sure, but based on what I see you look to have perky smaller boobs. I’m a “woman of a certain age” and I wear a DD (meaning my boobs are down to my knees). There’s no way that you’re a credible source for bra recommendations for me. “Good for any size”… I highly doubt it.
I'm definitely smaller chested!! My friend Lee from Fit Foodie Finds has tons of great recommendations for larger cup sizes -- she loves the Energy Bra too (and it comes in a high support option for B-DDD cups!)! ❤️
She can have lots of suggestions for any size. Just because she is a certain size doesn't mean she can't have recommendations for other sizes.

Ok- since you’re a b cup- how can you recommend bras to some who is a e or f cup. You have no idea how it would fit a large chest woman.
