It's refreshing to see a surgeon not turn a Black woman's nose into something more similar to Caucasian features. It's nice to know I can have a rhinoplasty and stay true to my heritage and maintain Black features.
Not all black people have wide noses. I'm half habeshan Ethiopian and nubian Egyptian kush and I have a long thin nose. East Africans like eritreans, ethiopians, Somalis, and Sudanese nubians have thin small noses on average.

I love this. Because not everyone can be honest with themselves and say they do not like their nose because it's the biggest thing on their face. I also have a bulbous nose and wanted to stay true to a realistic ethnic nose. But I knew how big of a difference it would make for my attractiveness. We should have the natural right not to like our features for OUR own face. Even when we're black. You know what I mean?

The sad part is that Michael Jackson's first nose job wasn't bad at all. His Off The Wall and Thriller nose was actually well done. It wasn't until at least the 2nd surgery that things went left.
