These recipes are really great. Some really good ideas and definitely budget too. One tip I would say is to add the garam masala to the chicken curry when you fry the onions, it cooks the spices off and releases the flavour of the spices.

Hi Kerry Thanks for your quick recipes I've done harissa fish beef gnocchi chicken peanut curry all keepers & going to try the lentil dahl. Can I just share whenever ur adding spices to a meal they should always be cooked out after the onions have been softened for the best flavour - I saw this tip from an indian chef and do it with all my cooking. I tend to use 30g which is not enough but I like to keep cals down so I add splashes of water if getting too dry. Think my mum did her spices this way too but I never watched her cook as my mum always worked & we spent a lot of time with other relatives. I regret it now shes no longer around & her cooking was the best. Me & my sis were really spoilt. Thank You so much hoping to get my sis to make some of ur dips as I'm I'm lucky to have 2 sisters who make amazing meals even if one is in Barbados 🇧🇧🌞🙏🏽

How does creme fraiche compare to sour cream? I’ve never seen here in the states. All recipes look yummy! With peanut allergy do you think you can sub almond butter 🤷♀️
Yes almond butter would work just as well :) creme fraise I think would be like using cream and sour cream mixed together.. if you get both and just use 50/50 of each :) xxx
Would you be able to let me know the make of your blender that you diced the onions in? I’m sure you said what it was called but I couldn’t make it out. Thanks so much
haha my kids can't handle much spice so I still call it chilli even though it doesn't have spice!!! It still tastes the same, but image without the kick!!! lol xxx

I like to add a tin of chickpeas and a cup of frozen mixed vegetables to my chicken curry.
ohh yes.. I love chickpeas in curries.. also some spinach is delicious in there too xxx

Fab meals Kerry. Tip...I use plum tomatoes in cooking but when I open tin I chop them with a long knife in the tin🙌🙌

Such lovely ideas! I don’t know why but when I cook pasta it takes me a lot longer than 10 minutes to cook! 🙈
Try adding some salt to your pasta water.. it helps it comes to a boil faster!
Adjust the final taste by putting less salt in your sauce
Do you put the pasta in when the water is boiling? I always out the lid on too to keep the heat in xxx
