Haut-de-Cagnes is the historical part of Cagnes-sur-Mer and is its unquestionable biggest star. It’s a medieval hilltop village located inland, about 2km from the beaches, on a steep hill. Over the years it managed to retain its authenticity and thanks to that it was classified as a ‘Historical Site’ in 1948.
