Happy New Year everyone! Let's all have a massive 2025, looking forward to an exciting year.
Join me on my second event for 2025, the Adelaide Trail Runners Summer Series at Belair National Park, 3/5 race in the series.
I love Summer in Australia, it's my favourite time of year, amazing weather and long days/daylight savings time.
I'm back into my training now with my sights firmly on the Adelaide Ultra 100 mile race, my first miler in July. Bring. It. On!
