I heard a lot of nay-sayers about this show before the episodes went up. People were saying they still preferred Patrick Warburton. Even though he's one of the producers so he's still involved with The Tick just not playing him. And most likely he'll make a cameo appearance in the future. I loved the episodes we got. Can't wait for more.
I always loved the tick and always enjoyed his crazy antics, but Peter's performance had me really wanting to have him as a friend. Ticks platitudes with Pete's innocent cadence really sells it for me
When the interviewer says "Puppet," he doesn't mean a metaphorical puppet, he means means a floppy mouthed felt creation that would fit in perfectly with Kermit and Ms. Piggy. Great episode.

The tick was amazing! I just watched all 6 episodes. Wow! He's captured the essence of the tick and made it his own.
