The Metropolitan Police Department continues to investigate the homicide of Melvin Seals on April 26, 2008 at 2:00 AM. Mr. Seals was fatally shot in the 1200 block of Morse Street, NE, in Washington, DC. My prayers to the Seals family. I can appreciate the courage of his Mother. My beloved mother lost her Son-Norman Lawrence Rich Sr. aka "Semo". This was on March 28, 1990. My mother did not live long after his death. We buried her the following year 1991. I pray for Justice for the Seals and Rich family.
