    Video Details:
    After losing 50+ pounds and reaching a 17-minute plank followed by 100 straight push-ups, I put this video together. When I started in 2018, I could only do a 2-minute plank and 30 push-ups without rest.
    Week by week, I incrementally added 15 more seconds to my planks and 1 more push-up until I reached 17 minutes* and 100 push-ups**.
    I accomplished this goal and many others as part of the incremental system I created and published as part of my new book, How To Build A Level Up Mindset.
    I published "How To Build A Level Up Mindset: Cheat Codes For Success, Health and Happiness" as a tool using the same strategy I use for goal setting to help YOU move closer to your dreams and vision just like I have done.
    Through an incremental process of adding 15 seconds to my daily planking routine every Sunday since 2018, week by week, I went from a 2-minute Plank to a 45-minute plank (as of Aug. 2021).
    In addition to insights about personal growth, life enrichment, mindset, and peak performance, I founded RiZe/Grind/Repeat to help others with personal development, goal achievement, and mindset growth.
    Through RGR, I share goal-setting tools and techniques through my podcast and speaking engagements, leveraging the framework outlined in the Level Up Mindset System in my book, How To Build A Level Up Mindset.
    I played collegiate ice hockey for Johnson & Wales University and Franklin Pierce University, where I majored in Marketing and Communications; I'm also a proud graduate of the Connecticut School of Broadcasting, where I received my Broadcasting License.
    I live with my wife and three children in Saint Augustine Beach, Florida.

    This is so underrated. I’ve been planking for a few months now and always struggled to reach my goals and stay motivated. Watching this got me well over my mark for the first time and it didn’t even feel hard. Keep it up, your mental strength made it easier for me to follow. My mind didn’t even question itself once I had someone to set my sights on. ‘YOUR VERY BEST!’ Powerful.

    thanks dude, this really helps, planking has always been my biggest fears, uz i always think i would fail, but upon seeing you do it, i realise failing isnt the end, i still have tommorow, and I'll kepp striving to improve, thanks dude

      Thank you, appreciate the feedback and kind words ... Never give up, failure is a a word that we tend to get stuck on and need to remove from our vocabs. If we change our perspective and use the word 'opportunity' in the place of failure, our mindsets will totally shift. Be well!
