Hi nice is there any possibility to show in forth arduino to delay off 1 or 2 min subroutine ones water alarm triggered the arduino turn pump on for 1 or 2 min pls

That's so great. Is there any possibility you can do something like led failure alarm? Like when the idea when your brake bulbs go out, an alarm should be triggered.
Thanks, and keep up the amazing work.

Hi, I posted a comment yesterday about the parasitic capacitance of the cable even for small distances, but it has disappeared after I tried to edit a typo. Any idea what could have happened? Is this yet another RUclips feature?

Hey, nice video man. I had a question though. Won't the probes corrode with time?

Using DC current for water detection will cause a chemical reaction around the probes because of Electrolysis.
Using an AC current will solve this problem. Stainless steel is corrosive resistant so it is the best choice for the probes but it can stain in certain liquids like saltwater or chlorine. There are many grades of stainless steel, so picking the correct type for your application is important, especially if the probes are always immersed in water. If the probes are not immersed in water like a flood alarm I don't see a problem with corrosion when using stainless probes.
You can make your own probes or buy commercial ones:

Is this safe with fish in the tank. I need a way to check for flooding/lower level for my fish tanks.

It should be safe as it runs on low voltage and very low current.
If you want something totally isolated from the water you can use a float switch.

we can do a lot of things using just this normal logic gates...no need of MCU

Yes .. If you get creative you can do a lot with simple logic gates and circuits.
