today i've shown the preparation of
#GingerGojju. also the song taught by shri #gururaj naidu.
it's a gravy that can go well with rice, chapati,roti..and one can even try with toasted bread..
ingredients-
ginger finely chopped-100gms;
coriander seeds-11/2tbsp:
jeera-2tbsp;
fenugrick-1/4tbsp;
red chillies-2;
oil-4tbsp;
jaggery-1 kiwi fruit size;
tamarind-med sized lemon size;
asafotida-1/4sp;
turmeric-1/4tbsp;
mustard seeds-1sp;
black sesame seeds-1tbsp;
curry leaves-2strands;
water-250ml;

I liked it very much. Yes in the olden days , like my mom's, ajjis time , they used to prepare everything in kitchen reciting devara namaste bhajans , keertanas , that's why they were so tasty , and so healthy ,and we are lucky that we have relished them and we are healthy .
