mitski genuinely helped me recover. she helped me start eating again, she helped me love myself again, she helped me get clean. hell, i think her music might’ve even stopped me from kms. even if she’s just a song writer, she helped me so much.
Mitski helped me through a period of time with the most terrible friendship problems I’ve ever had. Everyday I would wound up in bed crying with earphones plugged in while her songs were playing. They comforted me through a whole semester of school. Now things are better but I owe her for it definately
