I fixed it today. I switched the sockets to the other side. The plastic was melted a bit. I also found some wires u der the dash were exposed. There has also been am ongoing issue with the blinker switch when I tilt my steering wheel one blinker will not work
I just had this problem today and I took the light bulb out and it was a little scorched but was faintly working except when the headlights were on so I changed the light still had the issue...then I watched your video and sure enough it just needed to be adjusted and it came right on...same left light
Lmao this was actually the fix to my problem! As dumb as it is, my light works now

2007 Grand Cherokee lorado no lights when headlights on. Changed the rear light sockets bulbs multifunction assembly switch. No change

Let me know if you have any other problems with the jeep. I pretty much know them inside and out
@@southbay281 i have 3 jeeps so I constantly work on them also.
