Ex Grafton boy now living in Toowoomba. Loved going on the Brisbane Limited and the Gold Coast Motor Rail back in the day when in the when on leave in the Army and on posting to Brisbane. Went on the North Coast Mail to Sydney when I joined the Army in 1979. Gives me the 'irrits' now having to go from Roma St to Casino on the bus to go on the overnight train to Sydney or on the way back bussing it from Casino to Brisbane on the day train.
