That MV has quiet a long cinematic part. so it would not be smart to request that since both of them don't like break in the song. So I agree with the person who requested these songs.
@@nurefsankaplan2038 good point the mv is a huge cimematic experience but its still a great song i think a lyric video or performance video couldve been requested for that song instead but whatever :p im biased bc one shot was my first bap song

@@Sara-xz8yr yeah but exo became super popular when growl was released. I mentioned exo particularly because they became popular early in their career.
Other comments have explained, but one thing TS did with BAP to cut corners with advertising and marketing, was they would tease B sides in the title track MVs. So in BAP songs, if it sounds like two different songs….it is.
I'm not into reaction videos, but I got curious when appeared as a recommendation because I'm a metal head and also a k-pop (mostly because of the industry) hater, but I'm a huge fan of B.A.P since I happened to watch One Shot MV back in 2013, they are my only exception. I like the singing, rapping, dancing, even they awkward acting, but my favorite thing about them are the lyrics Yongguk writes and how they did progressive music that question and expose the society, thing that was unheard of in k-pop before them. They also do amazing live performances, sadly I never got the chance to see them live because I'm from Brazil and they had to cancel the South America Tour when they were being exploited by Tshit entertainment. I have the same issues with Honeymoon and Hands up (even though I like Hands up lyrics a lot), and I think the fact these 2 songs where their last speaks volumes, it was obvious they wouldn't renovate their contracts, and the company was going down without them, so yeah... I may be biased because I'm really into their message, but I recommend Badman and Young Wild and Free. One Shot and Skydive are must watch because the MV are short films, but they have other songs mixed into it too, One shot is smoother but Skydive is really abrupt. They also have a soft funny goofy side that didn't attract me in the beginning but kinda grew on me, after all the pain they went through, seeing that was kinda healing.
Thank you my friend I will never stop saying this BAP paved the way, started the post-2nd generation new wave that helped boost the industry exponential international growth especially in the west. BAP challenged the codes without the assurance that it would work for them and knowing that they were part of a small company. Plus they promoted, in mainstream kpop with productions that were not trendy at all and absolutely out-of-the box with the probability that it wouldn't work - promoting with a song like Badman was insane back in the day. They are the first group that brought the idea of mascots and characters with their storyline (Matoki) in kpop which ended up a good marketing strategy the industry is still benefiting from. They are the first group project that took the leap of chance and went to perform on timesquare and blocked the whole area during the whole day back when kpop wasn't still as big. They made kpop solo act proper world tours with concerts in Asia and the West, a thing. They came in the game with a new vision, a new energy, a new dynamism and the edginess that industry needed (look at the Warrior begins concert to know what I mean). Every groups that were active after BAP took off, emulated them. Companies started molding their groups after BAP = the birth of the 3rd generation. There is the kpop before BAP and there is the kpop after BAP. And what we see today got the BAP project blueprint. BAP fault was doing all of that in the industry that will end up sacrificing and burying them.
Badman is so good, I always forget until I hear it again. And the lyrics are so impactful I just really enjoy Yongguk’s writing, his honesty and willingness to be earnest without fearing people will think it’s cringe. To this day I don’t think there’s another group that really put it out there in this way. Perhaps Dreamcatcher who try to channel the rousing edge of rock and metal in their songs, the genre just nudges them in the direction of **strong emotion and discontent** lol. But yeah they’re the only other group I can think of that tries it, that being said I have narrow appetite for K-pop these days so I may be missing some obvious others. I really hope BAP uses their second wind to shake things up again instead of playing it safe - I miss groups that take admirable risks!
The fact that the fast, curly haired rapper, Zelo, had only JUST turned 16, when they debuted with 'Warrior' is honestly still mindblowing to me... The other fact, that you dont have 'One shot' or even 'Skydive' in this reaction is a crime... And lastly, there is SO MUCH story to B.A.P, both their story as a group, what theyve been through, but also the stories and messages behind their songs. Most their songs are written by leader Bang Yongguk and have strong messages of standing up to suppression from ruling systems (this includes the message in 'Warrior'), society critique to messages about believing in and fighting for yourself, mental struggles and not giving up. B.A.P is a much deeper group, than you initially see. Most of their songs arent just your usual yada, yada.
Warrior is actually from 2012. TS no longer exists and were absolutely awful as a company, all the members actually tried to sue and get out from their contracts early because they were barely being paid (despite being very successful, releasing music constantly and touring internationally) and being overworked. Unfortunately their lawsuit didn't work and they had to wait out their contracts. Thankfully TS is gone now.
Yes Ts doesn't exist. Though they still hold on to their songs and name. They tried to sue them again after they reunion bc of the merch and their old songs. Idk how its going tho.
The song at the start of the 1004 video that came back in the bridge is not part of the song 1004 Angel. It is another song from the album. BAP did that with a couple of their MVs.
Omg the guy on the right looks so insecure it's so obvious he wants to impress the left guy and tries to say things he thinks the left guy will agree with 😂
Here's a Babyz from the debut! Last year Zelo (the maknae) came to my country and did a dance workshop where we danced One shot, the presentation itself is very strong and although it was only a part we were impressed by the number of steps (it is a very explosive song). The Matokis also have their own universe, B.A.P were pioneers in the use of mascots for each member. 💚💚💚💚💚
Their b-sides are gems if you haven't listen to them, try Ribbon in the Sky, Blind, Kingdom, Dystopia, Spy, Fermata, Coma, etc. Their latest album is also so good

I don't understand why somebody would've chosen the 1004 Angel MV knowing it's two different songs in there. Felt like it sabotaged the song rating. At least put in your request that it's two separate songs intermixed so they know going into it... Just in general this set list choice is just...not it. On a more positive note, I like how they chose Zelo at the beginning, and he really did end up being their favorite. Wake Me Up was also a good boss song choice.
@@rwwwwwvt Badman is one of their best, so is Feel So Good and also throw in a B-Side like Save Me or Rain Sound. There are so many more songs worth listening to tbh
The video 1004 (Angel) is not the real song. It has a second track in the beginning and break. 1004 (Angel) as a single track is cohesive. Both songs are complete, the other songs name is SAVE ME. This was how T.S. Entertainment would cut corners instead of releasing two individual MV's for this album. It was this kind of odd sampling of another track from the album within each MV.
I've never agreed with Atom more for having a different opinion about 1004. I thought One Republic's Counting Stars was cheesy but I loved 1004. Maybe it had cliche elements but all together I loved it
