Our only hope is fisher screws up Vegas so badly he is forced to sell and keep the team where they belong, in OAKLAND!!

Was that a rendering of an As ballpark in Vegas, or a giant Jiffy Pop container? 🍿⚾️😁
If you think about it, they could do it on 9 acres with an entirely closed dome, but there's also a retractable version of that. Think of a flower that is closed, and then all of a sudden the flower petals pull down into an underground area and the dome is open basically 32 sections of a dome divided retract into the ground. If they had enough underground infrastructure they could retract the roof right into the ground right below that 9 acres and when it comes time to close the dome they just let them back up and they all meet right in the middle.
One problem… $1.5B budget…
Look you got 9 acres of land and a 1.5 billion dollar budget I definitely believe that if they were to do something like that they could get it done even if it went over budget the casinos and the hotels and everybody in the mix they would make it happen because it's Las Vegas, to build a sphere they spent 2.3 billion dollars they cut the top off of that thing they could play baseball in there just saying
That would add another $700,000,000 to $1,000,000,000 for a roof like that.
@brodiebrazil this stadium will NOT be less than $2.2B. A's have used that same $1.5B since 2017!!! Labor costs in LV and supplies are up 43% since then. They don't have funding for $1.5B much less $2.2B.
@@brianhughes8768BS. Dolan has the money. FIsher DOES NOT. Plus, they charge $99 MINIMUM per seat at the Sphere and do multiple shows a day, 365 days a year. YOU KNOW NOTHING.
Could it be that the reason we haven’t seen renderings is because they are no renderings as we all know at the end of the day there is no way you can build a ballpark on nine acres of land its just not doable but its not my problem anymore I’m now with the Phillies & Ballers

And by the way, I don't care if the A's come here or not I'm from Las Vegas been here since 1987 but I would have to ask anybody that is into Major League baseball since the A's have gone to four different cities in their history Las Vegas included does it really matter to Major League baseball if they're going to have more teams in the future in other words expansion is going to give Oakland another team I agree with a lot of you said about Las Vegas should not call them the A's and they should leave that to Oakland I agree 100% on that I think Las Vegas getting a new baseball team should have their own name.

He's our problem, and we'll take care of our problem...However MLB has decided to mock, insult, and capriciously abandon Oakland because of our defiance, and have decided to coddle this trust fund baby and usher him into the abyss...Well, let's see how MLB gets it back when California lawyers start the paperwork on Fisher's dingleberry transaction. St. Louis pumped $790 million out of Stan Kroenke and the NFL for bad faith negotiation. This is way worse. Stan Kroenke could afford it. If Fisher stays on this track (and he will) he's lucky if he's able to afford a room in the Tenderloin...

Again, why? Oh! Why would a stadium be squeezed on to the space of a postage stamp? And, why not find additional land?
This land is free to the A’s/ Fisher. At another site Fisher would have to pay for the land.

I suspect that renderings would never have been shown on the original rendering reveal day and instead of having to come up with a lame excuse they were bailed out by the troopers’ deaths.

I have to ask Brody is he familiar with the angels and if he is kind of familiar with you Angels what do you think about what's going on down there I know that the A's are moving according to them but what about the angels what do you have to say about the angels with the whole trout situation and the otani situation and all of that kind of stuff just curious
As a SoCal resident (I live 15 minutes from Angel Stadium but have bern a Dodger fan my while life), the Angels will eventually be sold and they aren’t going anyplace (at least not anytime soon). There is nothing going on with Ohtani and Trout, as Ohtani signed a 10-year contract with the Dodgers and Trout is under contract through the 2030 season with a no-trade clause in his contract. Trout isn’t looking to be traded, as he and his family live living in Newport Beach (anybody would love living in Newport Beach). Trout was with the Angels before Ohtani and he is there after Ohtani. The owner, Arte Moreno, hasn’t bern successful in putting a winning team together despite signing some very big contracts that turned out to be some of the worst contracts ever in the MLB. The best that can be hoped for is the sale of the team to a competent owner.

I was seriously you just love to see Brody talk about how the A's moving to Las Vegas effects his life as a person who just dealt with MLB and the A's to be precise where does he go after all this happens I think he's just extending all this hoping that somehow he still has a job, to be honest he could probably go to work for any MLB team in the country he knows the stats he knows what he knows and he's really good at what he does but he keeps chasing the A's for some reason the ownership of the A's is not going to change their mind because of what videos he puts up the ownership of the A's doesn't give a shit about any fan about any situation he would be better served and talking about a Southern California team like the angels for example and maybe get on there squad maybe shark reporting on them instead

At the end of the day, Brodie is just waiting on the renderings so that he can criticize them💯 ... even if the stadium is state of the art (like everything we do here in Vegas) he will still find a way to 💩 all over it💯. At the end of the day, rather its a good situation or a bad situation, its a Vegas situation so why does it matter to him🤔🤔. I have to put in my two cents on this guy no Brody Brazil would not 100% put this down, he knows the situation he knows because he's been an A's fan for most of his life I see that his job is talking about the A's but at that point I have to wonder when does he decide that's no longer his job, I respect Brody Brazil I surely do but I do not think for one second that this man would 100% do anything against anything that happens he's going to give it an honest opinion he's going to give it his best assessment and I'm a Las Vegas resident saying this to you you're 100% wrong he's not going to put down a good plan he's going to say to a good plan this is a good plan but since there is no good plan he's asking the simple question of why isn't there a good plan

I would love to know why Brody Brazil is still chasing the A's why is he still interested he's already said he given up on the team is it just for the fact that he can put up videos and go on other people's podcasts and talk about this situation nobody cares where the A's go they could stay in Oakland they could go to Vegas it doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things.

Considering you don’t know the situation well enough to know why he talks about it is really just a sign of how empty your points really are.
As a Red Sox fan, I do care about how the situation might resolve itself. As of right now, I don't know if Fisher has the money to build a stadium. I don't know whose hands he needs to shake to make it happen.
And at this point--45 days after all of the owners agreed to the relocation-- either the owners agreed to the plan (and nobody wants to tell the fans because they know we won't like it), or MLB owners took a leap of faith off a cliff and they think they'll swim their way to safety.
I know exactly what the situation is I live in Las Vegas like the previous poster said some people like train wrecks
The situation is filled with questions and items that make no sense.
