Char Griller 980 & Thermoworks Billows - Will it hit 500 degrees? How to Install demo up front.

I decided to install the Thermoworks Signals with the Thermorks Billows fan on the Char-Griller 980 gravity fed grill. I chose this package over the Firboard 2 Drive. This video shows installation and testing of the thermoworks billows fan. Parts are on the way from Char Griller to fix the erf codes. I wanted both systems to be functional. They are! I can control slow cooks from across the planet with the Thermoworks signals and billows, or grill at 700 degrees with the Char Grill 980 gravity fed electronics.
I chose Thermoworks vs the Fireboard 2 Drive because I wanted to be able to make adjustments on the base unit itself, and the thermoworks fan has more than double the Fireboard 2 Drive cfm capacity.
