He is marvelous . People who experienced seokjin's live performances in real time describe that they entered cloud 9 or something. It's that good. He is the only one in BTS who got standing ovations multiple times. So please live performance please😭

Everytime me and my boyfriend were at the bts concerts and he sang Epiphany, we would instantly cry ...he asked me after the concert to walk down the aisle to the orchestra version at our wedding 🤧🤧💜

It's so easy to be OT7 when you get such amazing music from every member and amazing personalities from each of them too. Jin is just so so lovable. I remember the first time I heard Epipahny I got goosebumps too. The chills when I heard him sing and the message really hit me. He may have his doubts and second guess himself at times, but Jin's talent is unimpeachable. The way he commands attention with just his vocals alone is a skill in itself. Jin's such a playful, funnny, charming guy that it's easy to think he's just always like that.
Then you hear what he chooses to sing about and you get to see an entirely different side of him and you get the full scope of his personhood. His fears, doubts, insecurities, desires, hopes, flaws and everything else that erases the idol image to reveal a real person just like us who has felt similar things we struggle with. I love that he carves out space in his music to give us a peek of what goes on in his mind and heart because he spends the rest of his time trying to protect us from seeing any "negativity" in him. He always talks about wanting everyone to see the good side of him (which we love) but it's nice that he's comfortable opening up through music when he feels like he's ready to talk about something. He's not one to make a song just because.
Yoongi was the one to lead me into BTS but I always feel like any one of the other members could have done the same too with how much they bring to the table.
This MV belongs to a (complicated) fictional storyline called BU (Bangtan Universe) about seven guys with difficult lives, traumas, etc but who were happy together.
The lyrics have to be with the storyline and also with the members ' experiences. Brilliant!
Even if you (a lot of us too) don't know or understand the storyline, the songs are beautiful and emotional.

9:23 I read a beautiful post yesterday discussing how many Armys say they never cried as much as they have after they started to listen to and got to know BTS and I really think that's true. They themselves are just so vulnerable and real and so human that to really care for and empathize with them is impossible not to do for most of us and their music and message isn't afraid to acknowledge the painful and difficult aspects of being human, except that rather than wallow and get stuck in them, it's more that they show us or give us permission to finally acknowledge and feel into those feelings with no expectations that anything needs to change or be different, but by doing that alone and being open to new possibilities change or healing does happen. There's just so much tenderness and compassion that reaches right down into the heart that tears have to happen.
This MV is deeply related to the BU storyline. Just so you know. When you are ready to dive into that, this will make more sense. Obviously, it can be interpreted with the lyrics as having an introspective meaning related to self love, and that is also tied to the BU, but there are also a lot of clues to the story here too. This song is also off the last album in the Love Yourself series, called Love Yourself: Answer. Because this is the answer. You must love yourself first, be honest with yourself first, before you can love others as they should be, as your whole self.
I love that you cry from the music. It shows your empathy and how deeply you feel the music.

Que te puedo decir de Jin, es mi bias inmediatamente por esta canción, la primera vez que la escuche su voz, su sentimento al cantar y lo que transmite es mágico, todos los solos de Jin son una caricia a mi alma, por el amé al grupo fue quien me inicio en Bts y amo totalmente su personalidad, sus presentaciones en Vivo son magistrales, lo extraño mucho asi como a los demás, falta poco para que regrese. When I first heard Epiphany, I was very moved. The melody of this song was so beautiful, and the lyrics made me fall into this song even more.
But, his live performance hit my heart differently. I don't know how to explain it, but I felt his emotions overflowing in his clear voice.
I even thought that his falsetto was holy. 😭

Yes, Jin was the one I related the less to in the beginning of my BTS journey. But when I heard this song (and listend to his solo songs and the japanese songs of BTS ) he just touched my soul !! And still is ! 🤗

Their Love Yourself series of albums is really so very very special and Jin sums it up in this song. He's so vulnerable and yet also sets such a powerful example in the song of loving yourself. The imagery requires so much backstory just know he has found answers. Our special and strong Jin comes back so soon now! Military service is scary but we are going to be stronger on the other side of it.

He has worked so hard to be where he is today [they all have] and it shows - what a find he is. One of my favourite BTS songs💜
Epiphany and Jin's voice and the message alone are instant tender tears for me. A message that never gets old and that is so so needed always. The video itself is part of the BTS Universe...and storyline that started with The Most Beautiful Moments in Life (2015) series and the MV I Need U (not all MV are part of the BU, they will be listed as such in the YT info box). This song is from the 3rd Love Yourself album, Answer so it's the conclusion of Fake Love, Singularity, etc

Please react to Jin’s song “AWAKE”!!! Pleeeease❤ it is Jin’s first solo he wrote back in 2016 from the WINGS album. With the help of jhope and RM. Jin worked so hard on this and had to do so many rewrites , until it was finally accepted for the album! This song is part of the story that runs through BTS’ music and videos. But it is also Jin’s song. He never really thought he was as good as as the rest of of BTS (the flowers over there) Dancing didn’t come easily to him, so he had to practice long hours in the middle of the night, along with singing also to keep up with the other members, and to not let the group down. Please watch the live version of Jin singing AWAKE with th e symphony at the beginning ❤ Also the lyric video… the lyrics mean so much!! This song has helped me me so much over the 8 years I have been an ARMY…. I wasn’t having anything to do with KOREAN music that my daughter was playing! And then one day , I heard Jin singing awake, and I said what is that? And the rest is history!😊 And my daughter said read the lyrics… and I was so moved by the lyrics and music I just cried ❤ Jin was the beginning of my love and appreciation for BTS!! I never heard lyrics or music like this before in my entire life!! So beautiful!!! So creative and heartfelt!!! That’s BTS❤♥️❤️
