You may feel a bit dangerous to stay in those areas. Furthermore, it’s better to ask the property agents about the council house areas where’s near your ideal properties or location. And I heard it would be more difficult to apply for mortgage or even credit card if your address is a council house address. Unless it's all you can afford to own, it's better to consider buying home elsewhere.

近十年八年政策改變咗,多數要求發展商在獲得新土地發展權後,建一部分單位交回政府做social housing, 所以環境稍為好,但內部質量就差少少
