It wasn't anything against her, but that's why I didn't want her in the group, based on her lower skill level. I get people wanted more representation, though, it's a good thing to want... I just don't think it should be at the expense of the group as a whole. They're only as strong as their least skilled member.
@@NickaLah i’ve been liking kpop for a long time and im an og army. it was very common back in 2016 to have people call the members untalented and say that “bts only has jk” bc he fit the idol image best. but over time they worked on their skills and now you can see that each member adds their own color to the group. the girls are young. give them a chance to grow. this is their debut and im already so impressed by all of them and over time as they gain experience and work hard they’ll do even better

What the hell??? Why are they this good??? I've never seen such energy before... like their energies are synergized. not one member with weak movement.
The others can’t take it when I say they are the most synchronized and polished girlgroup. Katseye choreographer makes sure they scream power dancing from head to toe. They’re not focused on only upper body or flailing arms choreography. Their footworks are insane. Their level of synchronization during hard and fast choreo is world dance competition level. They dont look like rookies. This is pro dancing. And it’s very worth mentioning that no one in this group looks like a stick dancing from afar. Every one of them has perfect silhouette. Pop is not ballet. It’s so satisfying watching a powerful dance routine rather than cutesy, light like a feather routine. I’m more of a Western pop audience, and this is just my POV. Katseye is doing things right if their target audience is someone like me who is not too obssessed with Kpop and a follower of global pop since birth.
Megan and Dani are pro dancers from the beginning, even before they started training in Dream Academy. Sophia is theatre kid through and through from Manila Philliphines, Lara is an amateur DJ and music producer, while Yoonchae is a real Korean trainee before joining Hybe×Geffen program. Only Manon had no prior skills connected to this kinda things aside from writing personal lyrics. So they all got their artistry down waay before becoming a group. That's why they are so polished and so powerful.

Their chemistry is incredible! In most group performances, I tend to focus on one or two members, but I can’t take my eyes off all of them. I now see why these 6 girls are chosen ✨
Can we appreciate how unique this performance was? We got a well-skilled cheerleading team that made the stage look AMAZING and the girls look and sound great! (Wish Manon was here too! 😭💔) I also loved when the cheerleading team formed words together, it's very satisfying! I'm amazed at how well KATSEYE melted with the cheerleading team! This was a great standout performance and it seemed to get everyone in the audience hyped! It's a taste of American culture to make them stand out from all the other kpop acts and I love it!!

I want them to do this well all the time, but I can't imagine Manon doing the more difficult choreo. It wasn't anything against her, but that's why I didn't want her in the group, based on her lower skill level. I get people wanted more representation, though, it's a good thing to want... I just don't think it should be at the expense of the group as a whole. They're only as strong as their least skilled member.
@@NickaLah i’ve been liking kpop for a long time and im an og army. it was very common back in 2016 to have people call the members untalented and say that “bts only has jk” bc he fit the idol image best. but over time they worked on their skills and now you can see that each member adds their own color to the group. the girls are young. give them a chance to grow. this is their debut and im already so impressed by all of them and over time as they gain experience and work hard they’ll do even better

The others can’t take it when I say they are the most synchronized and polished girlgroup. Katseye choreographer makes sure they scream power dancing from head to toe. They’re not focused on only upper body or flailing arms choreography. Their footworks are insane. Their level of synchronization during hard and fast choreo is world dance competition level. They dont look like rookies. This is pro dancing. And it’s very worth mentioning that no one in this group looks like a stick dancing from afar. Every one of them has perfect silhouette. Pop is not ballet. It’s so satisfying watching a powerful dance routine rather than cutesy, light like a feather routine. I’m more of a Western pop audience, and this is just my POV. Katseye is doing things right if their target audience is someone like me who is not too obssessed with Kpop and a follower of global pop since birth.

Sophia is theatre kid through and through from Manila Philliphines, Lara is an amateur DJ and music producer, while Yoonchae is a real Korean trainee before joining Hybe×Geffen program. Only Manon had no prior skills connected to this kinda things aside from writing personal lyrics.
So they all got their artistry down waay before becoming a group. That's why they are so polished and so powerful.

Can we appreciate how unique this performance was? We got a well-skilled cheerleading team that made the stage look AMAZING and the girls look and sound great! (Wish Manon was here too! 😭💔) I also loved when the cheerleading team formed words together, it's very satisfying! I'm amazed at how well KATSEYE melted with the cheerleading team! This was a great standout performance and it seemed to get everyone in the audience hyped! It's a taste of American culture to make them stand out from all the other kpop acts and I love it!!
I'm 54 years old, and have been a Kpop and Jpop fan for many many many years. This is the most incredibly INSANE stage performance, especially for a new non established performance group. This really solidified their place in the Kpop, Jpop, Gpop, and many more, world👑👑👑👑👑👑!
