Predictably in offense isn’t always the worst thing, because that’s what can hold up in playoffs. It’s good to be dynamic but you still want it somewhat simplified so the team can work on mastering it. A lot of times offenses with that super creative and unconventional play calling ends up getting stomped out in the playoffs. . Andy Reid and Mahomes are kinda the exception for being able to translate it into the playoffs. And even then they have seen it get stomped out a few times like in the Super Bowl against the Buccaneers, as the Cheifs just could not simplify what they were doing when the creative play calling wasn’t working

The Packers and Vikings straight up embarrassed them, and the Lions made them look weak by coming back and winning. The Colts were only like 2 plays away from being 2-0 against them. They almost dropped a game against Buffalo when Josh Allen couldn't complete a pass. They know that they're missing something, and that if they don't figure it out they're not gonna win in the playoffs

After going into the bye 2-2 they had a captains only meeting instead and then the captains went to Sirianni and talked with him. That resulted in the entire team acknowledging the Eagles are a run first team. That obviously worked well :D

I get that 2 hours may not be "normal" for these compared to previous ones but is it really that long? I sit in 3+ hour meetings at least once a quarter of the year just to fine tooth processes and procedures and set expectations for the team. I'm part of a company that is smaller in size of employees but does $15-20 million per year. These are BILLION dollar companies with several employees making that same 15-20 mil per year. I'd think 2 hours is a easy investment if you're actually using the time productively.
