I think you can point out that he isnt a very good singer and is lucky to be allowed on the same stage as the other 3 without hating on him. he is a talented lyricist and I think him having poor musical skill is kinda what gives them an edge. he is pulling melodies from the universe rather than from a theory book...and the others guide and interpret

But I saw him twice in one week for the getaway tour, 2019, he was singing very well. He'd obviously been on the road for a while and learnt to sing them near perfectly. He often starts a tour a bit shakey pitch wise, but gets it sorted soon enough. His voice is fantastic when he is in the zone. Which is more often than not
I don't understand why they don't get a couple of backup singers, that would help a lot anthony and also John with his choruses. In the one hot minute tour they had it. I think is more essential then anything else!

This is kinda an example of a style that these four came up with the first time John came back....mid tempo ... probably a hit..Anthony didn't really even try to sing or vocalize this was until blood sugar...it's good..but it's what I expected....I miss the punk rock intensity and sometimes in the past I deeply wanted to hear a violent but funk filled fuck fest d void of all the feelings and emo stuff that is deep but maybe ....a safe choice....this band once apon a time was freaking god damn insane ...punk funk to the max...I still live em tho
